3. the freedom to design your own meals and structure. There is no dieting in No More Binges.
The rest is all stuff I'm going to steer you away from. Time-wasters and pitfalls and rabbit holes and you know, sloughs of despond. WE WILL AVOID ALL THAT.

What is it not?

No More Binges is NOT a diet. And it's NOT focused on weight loss. (But you are very unlikely to gain weight with this method in the way that people who adopt Intuitive Eating or Mindful Eating can experience.)
