What exactly is No More Binges?

Answers to your questions.

Hello! I hope you are continuing SAFE and HEALTHY this week. 

As promised, here are answers to the questions you asked about NO MORE BINGES. And also answers to questions I imagine you might have.
 

Q: Can you say more about the content?

A: Yes! Here are some of the topics we will be addressing:

  • how to create a solid eating structure that incorporates choice and flexibility and freedom

  • how this is different from dieting, and why

  • how to deal with things like sugar and wheat and alcohol

  • the simplest and fastest ways to demolish old habits and create new ones

  • what normal eating is, and how to do it

  • what intuitive eating and mindful eating are good for, and what they are TERRIBLE at

  • what emotions have to do with binge eating, and how to handle them (basically, the OPPOSITE of what they tell you)

  • reparenting yourself and creating boundaries that work for you

  • dealing with thorny remainder habits

  • handling setbacks.


Q: How is this different from the workshops you've offered? Is the information the same?

A: Yes and no. It's the same body of work I've been developing over the last 10 years professionally (but also many years before that, as I searched for anything that would help me eat sanely, normally, like other folks, in a way I wasn't horribly ashamed of).

So it's how to quit binge eating, immediately, safely and easily. It's in a format that's both more distilled and pointed than the newsletters. It's material that will be familiar to you if you've done a workshop with me, but it's been further developed and refined. (And there's no live or 1:1 component, so it's more affordable.)


Q: How long will this program be available? What if it's not a good time for me right now?

A: It'll be available for the foreseeable future, but the early bird price ($30) is good only through Wednesday. After that the cost will be $49.

If you want to get the program now and engage with it later, no problem. Just save the emails and read them when it makes sense.

But you should know that there is nothing time-consuming involved. The emails are short, and the only things they ask you to do are 1. optional, obviously and 2. will save you TONS of TIME and could return YEARS to your LIFE.
